SportGrads is the country’s newest and most innovative recruitment programme focusing on creating opportunities for the most talented young people that wish to pursue a career in sport.

SportGrads is not about finding the best young athletes for clubs or teams, but finding the most agile, flexible, best young minds with an attitude to match their aptitude. SportGrads will focus on placing young people with the right skills and a desire to work in marketing, sales, events, PR and communications, HR, finance, sports development and general management functions within a sporting context.

We will also provide bespoke and tailored training solutions, events and networking opportunities to improve the skills, expertise and understanding of all those that join SportGrads.

The service is available to all those that wish to register and aims to provide enthusiastic sport and leisure focused graduates with companies, organisations, professional clubs and sporting bodies who are looking to access the country's biggest and best pool of young talent.

The service is available to all those that have graduated on or since the summer of 2007 as well as those that will graduate this summer.
